Rick: Yeah I got a good deal on Mini Mac and eBay but it doesn*t have the super-drive and what I wanted to know is what is the good external drive you know to burn DVD then CDs, there are just so many out there.
David Lawrence: Which ones have you looked at, narrow it up for me.
Rick: I have looked at some LaCie--
David Lawrence: That*s pronounced as you know that*s pronounced LaCie.
Rick: LaCie.
David Lawrence: Yeah it*s a French deal alright.
Rick: Okay.
David Lawrence: Alright LaCie, okay go ahead.
Rick: And that*s really about it.
David Lawrence: Well LaCie is one of the most revered names in Macintosh drive manufacturing. I have used LaCies*s for well over two decades. Their Silverlining software was The Gold Standard for the longest time in terms of taking hard drives and formatting them. And so I place a great deal of confidence in LaCie and anything that they put out. Have you looked at the Sonys?
Rick: No, I just do searches earlier, lot of them were just for PC and I just kind of hit a wall, I didn*t know where to go from there.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change.
