David Lawrence: And did you uninstall that?
Gordy: I can*t find a piece of it anywhere.
David Lawrence: Okay there maybe, I mean if you check registry settings if you have check that sort of thing I mean it*s not just pieces of software, it*s also the remanence of different files and settings that they leave all over the hard drive.
Gordy: I understand but in other way it locate those.
David Lawrence: Okay, here*s the question that I have for you is did you uninstall AVG or did you just simply drag it to the--
Gordy: Well it was one of those you know user it for free.
David Lawrence: Got you, so they are right it might very well still be on there if you have not taken any action to get rid of it. So what I would do is I would go back to the AVG side and this is sort of general advice that I gave people go back install it again and then immediately uninstall it.
Gordy: I see.
