Patrick Hinojosa: That*s right, in TruPrevent but since there is so much is being created everyday, there is always a time period now where something new is out there that the antivirus companies have no way of detecting until maybe 12 to 24.

David Lawrence: So you work on a behavioral model.

Patrick Hinojosa: That*s right.

David Lawrence: Yeah

Patrick Hinojosa: So, it comes in. You are going to get nailed by something new that your current protection doesn*t have a clue about it because it has never seen it before. And so this software will nail it and protect the computer until there is you know, you get protection on your antivirus. So if you are running Norton, you can run this also.

David Lawrence: And there is also the opportunity to let you guys at Panda know what's going on by sending a report back, right.

Patrick Hinojosa: Well yeah, we will take the appending new piece of new virus or whatever package, definitely send it to the labs for analysis.

David Lawrence: Right and so what percentage of your customers actually allows that to happen?

Patrick Hinojosa: Oh yeah, they have to allow. I am on the consumer side it is close to a 100%.

David Lawrence: Really.

Patrick Hinojosa: Because we don*t take the identity of the user or the computer or any of the users* files. It is just you know the virus process that*s running, just gets packaged up, encrypted in sense. So if there is, they let it happen because it doesn*t identify the user or anything like that.

David Lawrence: We hear about consumer viruses. We hear about viruses that effect PC*s. Every so often, we will hear about something other than a PC. Usually, it is a cell phone, usually it is not a Macintosh. Are there any other devices, I mean I know that in the IT world there, CISCO Routers are hacked all the time. But are there other devices that we should be aware of as consumers that are purchased at your local CompUSA or your Best Buy, or Fry*s that can become be compromised and are attacked by hackers who know how to get into the firmware.

Patrick Hinojosa: PDAs, anything
