David Lawrence: Thank you so much for tuning into the show. I appreciate it very much. My name is David Lawrence. The name of the show is Online Tonight and we talk about everything having to do with pop culture and high technology here on the show. Windows machines, Macintosh machines the Internet, Web, Podcast, pop-up ads, spam boy the list just goes on and on and on and we talk about it all here on the show and we welcome not only you, seasoned technology veterans but also those of you who are just getting into computing for the first time. Maybe you got your first Smartphone sitting in front of you. We haven't quiet figured out yet how to do a lot of the things on it you know it can do. Maybe you are looking at that brand new laptop and its still sitting in the box because you haven't taken it out yet. Maybe you are trying to figure out what you can do with some of the technology you already have or what technology you need to get a job done. We love when people call up and go I don't know if my computer can do this but here*s what I would like you to do. So the beginners in the audience we love having you calling. Now here*s how you get in touch with me. It*s very easy. My number is toll free, 180039 Online it rhymes 18003966546, 180039 Online. Now we love talking to people but if you would rather pop me an instant message you can do that. My screen name on America Online is Lawrence, that's Lawrence on AOL.com. You may have to do lawrence@aol.com if you are using ICQ or if you are using iChat. But if you are using AOL or AOL instant message you can pop me just a message any time you want. Make them short and sweet no long narratives because that's really, that's more appropriate for a phone call so I can let you tell me all about your problem. Also E-mail lawrence@aol.com. You can do that as well ordavid@onlinetonight.com that's david@onlinetonight.com. And then finally we keep track of the things that we talk about on the show. We have a blog that we make entries for every new show, has each individual hour, individual notes for each hour. If we talk about a piece of software that you should check out or maybe something to avoid we will put that in little link there for the individual hours for the show. And that's also where you can get the audio for the show as well, the audio that you can go back and listen to on your iPod or on your portable device or on your computer or if you just want to go back and listen to it and review what we said. Plus we also have transcripts. We will show you how you can get those. They are all available over at the website at www.onlinetonight.com. So the best way to do it though, the best way to do anything here on the show is to give me a buzz. Again the toll free telephone number and the lines fill up fairly quickly so if you have a question now is the time to jump in. 180039 Online 18003966546 now for those of you listening up in San Francisco on KNEW, we are heard on KNEW-AM 910 there in San Francisco. David Pogue who is the writer for the New York Times for the Circuits column, he is a technology a writer for New York Times. He is going to be making an appearance this Thursday I believe it*s the 21st at the Apple Store there in San Francisco. And he is going to come on the show at about an hour and a half or so to talk about that. And also he was on a Geek Cruise recently and had some interesting things to write about in the Times about that. So he will be on the show coming up and that's little bit later on. But right now 180039 Online that*s our telephone number 18003966546, www.onlinetonight.com is our website. Let*s go right to the phones. We start with Anne. Anne you got in first. How can I help you?
