Tonight's notes: (?)

7pm PT:

Ken Muche, spokesperson on the PR team of Verizon Wireless, joins us live from here in SOuthern California to discuss Verizon Wireless' new SongID service, which allows you to hold your phone up to a sound source such as a radio, television, computer speaker or even a live concert, have the phone hear the sound and identify the song from what it hears. The phone can then download that recognized song right into the phone via Verizon's EVDO system. Technical difficulties precluded the complete hour - here, you can hear it in it's entirety.

8pm PT:

Mike Schmidt, writer, comedian, friend and subject of MikeSchmidtComedy.com, joins us live in studio, to pimp his podcast, The 40 Year Old Boy, comment on national and world events, review the occasional entertaiment production and engage David in conversation about the color seafoam and its sexual innuendo.

9pm PT:

Ray Everett-Church, Chief Privacy Officer and Senior Consultant of PrivacyClue.com, joins us live from San Francisco to look at the day's news, including the new Google Toolbar is out, along with its privacy implications.
