the local area network where this VPN can actually set up usually home to work, work to home, on vacation back to your job etc. and setup just simply having a modem setup where you could dial in and anybody else could dial in a hacker there is someone not so friendly to the network. You actually log into your system using all these secure methods and then you are given access to everything that you will have if you are actually sitting at the desktop at work or at home wherever the network is. You can print to printers, you can gain stuff of your servers, you can even look at your own desktop in many cases. So if you are off at home somewhere and you want to bring work home and you forgot that one file the one that you need, well you just dial into the VPN and usually it*s over net there is no dialing necessary. You log in using whatever secure methods the VPN administrator that work is setup and boom you are there. You are on the network from home just as you would be if you were at work. Now the cool thing is that there are very inexpensive routers we are talking just a little over 100 bucks from Linksys and others who do the same thing at home. You could actually be off on vacation or at work or at school or wherever and I am going to get that thing back from home. You can have set up your router your broadband router to allow you to enter your network based on secure entry username password even secure ID. And get at your home network same way. The difference between this and the old Timbuktu Pro and the old carbon copy and so on is that its much, much more secure. And it takes advantage of the uses of the Internet and the open source standards that VPN uses. So all secure, its all gorgeous and so far its holding up well under attack. So there you go VPN Virtual Private Network that is this hours* Geek Speak.

Next thing that popped up on the screen was this page cannot be displayed. I looked down to bottom and I had lost the connection. I just wondered if it actually went I pulled the card out while this card out put it back in. It got the connection back but I couldn*t find the E-mail I typed and I have no idea for what or I have no idea if I have to retype everything.
David Lawrence: I would just simply assume if you didn't, did you receive any E-mail back from them saying got your message we are on it. Did you get anything back like that?
Layal: No.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
