David Lawrence: Okay.
Pat: My Norton Antivirus is just about to expire and I am wondering what you would consider to be the best antivirus program that I need. Should I go with the SBC Yahoo program or what and then what else do I need? I also have the three Zone Alarm on my computer.
David Lawrence: Great. So the Zone Alarm is great, just make sure it stays updated.
Pat: Okay.
David Lawrence: Visit www.zonelabs.com every so often and just see what*s happening. You got Norton from SBC Yahoo just for signing up as part of their package right?
Pat: No actually I already had subscribed to it then I bought a new, then I bought the SBC DSL subsequent to my subscription with the Norton Antivirus.
David Lawrence: Right, so I am just trying to figure out why the two are connected then. Is there some--?
Pat: No, no, no they aren*t really connected. I just have had an offer from SBC Yahoo to use their antiviral program and I don*t even know what the subscription amount is but I am just wondering what you think would be best.
David Lawrence: Okay they probably have just let out to somebody else. It*s probably Norton or somebody else. If you are happy with Norton, go ahead and stay with Norton, just keep going with what you are doing. I personally prefer Panda. And I will tell you why. Because Panda has a technology called TruPrevent and they used to be advertisers on the show currently they are not. So it*s not matter of them being advertisers as to why I promote them. It*s truly the quality of what they do. The reason SBC Yahoo can give it to you for free is because they have created a deal with whoever they have done the deal within and it*s probably going to be free just for a while. Okay?
Pat: Okay.
David Lawrence: Now I prefer Panda because what it does is it installs on your machine this TruPrevent Technology. And it actually monitors all of those things that viruses and Trojan horses and worms tend to engage to make your machine go crazy. So it watches ports and it watches for programs to be spawned that aren*t couture and so on. And I am being distracted here because we have had reports that Justice Rehnquist has passed away. And so they will be covering that in the news on your local station in moments. But do me a favor hold the line. I want to talk to you when I am not so distracted okay.
Pat: Thank you.
David Lawrence: Hang on one second Pat.
Pat: Okay.
David Lawrence: Alright hang on yeah unfortunately that*s what we are getting from the wire services right now. So standby we will have details just ahead. We are getting the Chief Justice Rehnquist has passed away, back in the moment.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
