Tonight's notes: (?)

7pm PT:

Jumping in at the last minute to fill in for his partner, Milo Medin, CTO and co-founder of M2Z Networks, joins us live from their offices in Silicon Valley, where they are attempting to get the FCC to give them a slice of the spectrum to provide free Internet access at reasonable speeds (384k or so), as well as enhanced services for a fee. This would be a new service, joining DSL, cable and satellite. The free network will be free of porn as well.

8pm PT:

Ray Everett-Church, Chief Privacy Officer and Senior Consultant of PrivacyClue.com, joins us live from San Francisco to look at the day's news, including his new position at Habeas.

9pm PT:

Returning for a second round of grilling, Jerome Courshon, producer/writer of Distribution.LA, joins us live in studio to look at the last great secret keeping independent film producers from completely cutting the studios out of the process: distribution. It remains a mystery how to actually get your film into theaters, just like SpiderMan, Pirates and Shrek. It can and is done.
