John Spencer

John Spencer was one of those actors that made every character he played look real and vulnerable. As Leo McGarry on The West Wing, he made us all feel the love he had for Martin Sheen's character, Jed Bartlett. I first was in awe of the Emmy and Golden Globe level acting ability as he played the interloper from New York, Tommy Mullaney, on NBC's LA Law in the early 90's. He is sorely missed.
