Dan: Okay I had a software program that is crossed by it form and there was a version of it, some things on Windows site that it wasn*t doing on the Mac site.

David Lawrence: Okay.

Dan: That were attracted to me. however after doing a little more study and research and understanding the underpinning what it was doing both capabilities are available on the Mac site just a different process.

David Lawrence: Got you.

Dan: So in fact a very little program in the iLife we called GarageBand takes care of good portion of it.

David Lawrence: So you are using GarageBand as oppose to Soundtrack?

Dan: For what I am doing right now, yes.

David Lawrence: Yeah, in fact the new version of Soundtrack is sort of the super-sized older, bigger brother of GarageBand. And I am desperately trying to get over to Soundtrack but Soundtrack doesn*t do some very simple things that I needed to do. For example when I produce the Net Music Countdown one of the reasons I sound like I am as good as I sound and I always end up stopping what I am saying just before the singer starts singing is that I am able to set an index point inside a track and then with a simple shift control click, snug that track underneath a vocal, right.
