Bill: If I reinstall everything and start fresh can I, if I scan those with Norton can I trust them, use them as applications.
David Lawrence: That*s a great question and again it depends because if the files got infected by any sort of process that reinstalls the Spyware you will find out fairly quickly. Now do you know about Adware and SpyBot Search and Destroy and--?
Bill: Yeah, yeah.
David Lawrence: You do know, do you run them?
Bill: No I don*t.
David Lawrence: Okay those are the 3 things that I want you to run Adware, SpyBot Search and Destroy. And this is on what kind of system?
Bill: 2000.
David Lawrence: Okay so you can*t run, are you running 2k Pro or are you running 2k?
Bill: Pro.
David Lawrence: Pro okay well then you actually can use Microsoft AntiSpyware. So send me an Email david@onlinetonight.com, you will get back from me, just let me know on the subject line I would like the 3 pieces of AntiSpyware.
Bill: I know what they are. To download them I have to get on the Internet. It*s not real easy to get on the Internet when I am not in Safe Mode you know when I am on regular mode, it*s not real easy to get on the Internet without all kinds of things taking over my browser and everything.
David Lawrence: I understand but you have to do it to get these pieces of software. And those things will be cleaned up by these pieces of software as well.
Bill: Assuming I am able to stay in that you know on that site long enough to download this.
