Sam: I have a service pack that's the two questions I waited to end this whole in order to this, but I installed the service pack 2 onto the computer and everything was fine until I tried to reboot. And it won*t go on it will reboot in safe mode but it will not go on to the normal mode or the last workflow boot.
David Lawrence: So did you backup your machine by any chance before you did this upgrade.
Sam: I don*t say what*s wrong there.
David Lawrence: Oh you don*t okay so you have got.
Sam: I have reformat I reformat but I don*t want to have do that.
David Lawrence: So you have helped you are saying you can*t get it to boot into normal mode even when you hold down the F8 key and--
Sam: Right.
David Lawrence: Okay.
Sam: Right but they keep going back to the same thing. It goes on to the screen where there is not a window pops up with a little start to go and then they it keeps off and boots back to the selection.
