Derek: So they said--

David Lawrence: I hate it when it doesn*t want to show nothing. What did they do? Did they give you a new video card?

Derek: They told me bring back the memory the CPU and the video card and change it.

David Lawrence: Wait a minute. They told you to take like all of that out of the machine and bring it back to them?

Derek: Yeah.

David Lawrence: Okay. Here is what I would do. If Microcenter put the computer together for you what I would is I would take the whole piece of box or tower whatever it ends, whatever form factor you have got. I would take the whole box back to them and I would say here plug into your monitor and see if it works. And if doesn*t tell them fix it. How long ago did you buy it?

Derek: I didn*t buy it. They gave me the parts to put together.

David Lawrence: Oh so you put it together yourself?

Derek: Yes.

David Lawrence: Okay now are you sure that everything you got you firmly ceded all of the connector cards in the connectors properly, everything is ceded properly?

Derek: Yes.

David Lawrence: Everything is perfect. Well then I would bring the whole thing back to them and I would say look this isn*t working. The parts aren*t working. Tell me what I am doing wrong and may be they can look at how you put them in and say okay here is what you need to do. You need to make sure that this you have ceded then and push to the right a little bit so that it locks or. I don*t know exactly how they told you to do it if there was any instructions but the best part about it and how long ago did you buy all the parts to put it together?
