David Lawrence: Right but it's usually not updated very quickly, right. And they do that to minimize the load on the CPU. If you get sniffer it will let you see that like instantly. And as you move the router or move your PC you can see how a little bit of movement one direction or another will rapidly increase or decrease the routers ability to maintain a strong signal. It's amazing what happens I mean you know we are talking about an unregulated area of bandwidth on the spectrum. So any number of different things can affect this. If you have a wireless phone if you have a, you know a phone that is cordless. If it's not an older phone it can affect it too. So that*s one thing. Now in terms of boosting the signal you can get depending upon the manufacturer you can get signal boosters you can get a thing that will grab your signal and make it louder for in terms of purposes. You can get larger antennas from the actual company itself so what I would do is go to the router company whoever that router company is go to their website and just search for they are going to they are all going to have a product that you can purchase that will make their device more powerful yet still within FCC guidelines and that*s where I would send you. Because you don*t want to be messing around with building you know your own special antenna that might or might not work. Alright I will take a break and come back still more to come. It*s Online Tonight back in the moment.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
