From the supplier: Sen Daniel Patrick Moynihan firmly believes that his proposed bill entitled 'The Social Security Solvency Act of 1998' would improve the country's social security system. The bill, which was drafted in collaboration with Sen Robert Kervey, would introduce provisions on payroll taxes, indexation procedures and a simplified scheme to abolish earnings test. He also claims that the bill would provide over a $100 billion cumulative budget in a span of 10 years.
