Ted: Correct.
David Lawrence: Okay, now you can do that, but you will have to reestablish your connection by either restarting or hoping for the best.
Ted: Best, this is true.
David Lawrence: But aren*t the firewalls and the things that we give you in 10 Quick Steps for Stopping Pop Up Ads, are those things, aren*t they working?
Ted: Yeah, they are working but you know I am paranoid.
David Lawrence: You are paranoid, but look you see this is the testament the ability of these guides and of routers and firewalls to work for you.
Ted: They work beautifully.
David Lawrence: As long as you keep them updated and we are actually going to go through a couple of revisions after we get into the new year here of both of those guides to make sure what completely up-to-date on things. But once you keep those things updated and current, you should be alright and you should easily be able to recover should there be an issue. So I wouldn*t go so crazy or just to pull the connection I think it*s more effort than it*s worth to get reconnected. You know you have your ISP recognize you as being back online. It*s not as simple just plugging back in and bringing up and running.
Ted: I know
David Lawrence: Alright.
Ted: Okay now your website says January 10.
David Lawrence: Yeah we have one blog entry that*s going to stay up until next week because we are going to be at the consumer electronic show. If you go just below that entry you will see tonight*s blog once we get it up in running.
Ted: Yeah so I want to go there too, where is it? Vegas.
David Lawrence: In CES yes CES
Ted: I just might take a --
David Lawrence: That be great we love to see you there. We are going to be there from Thursday when the door opens. We will be there Thursday and Friday that show will air nightly on the David Lawrence show on most of these great radio stations.
Ted: So I am going to use my Christmas bonus for the ticket.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
