Arthur: Well looking at upgrading to a new laptop one of the options on a laptop I saw on a IBuyPower is SATA hard drives versus the regular ATA I want to get your opinion on that and I was thinking about actually running two 80 gigs on a RAID 0.

David Lawrence: Yeah if you are going to run, this is a laptop you are going to run on a RAID 0 on?

Arthur: Well that*s what I want your opinion about.

David Lawrence: What do you doing on your laptop that you are concerned about you know integrity, data integrity?

Arthur: Well at RAID 0, isn*t that the data stripping, where it separates and just to make it run faster.

David Lawrence: It is stripping and no you want to talk about RAID for a different idea, I am just saying are you using some sort of software that you think that will benefit from RAID or from a faster hard drive?
