Now back to Jeff the only time I have ever heard of hives, I mean hives are usually associated with the registry in Windows but I have not heard of the phrase hives being used in conjunction with the hard drive that is malfunctioning.
Jeff: Okay.
David Lawrence: So I don*t how the two unless they were talking about some sort of a registry entry when it came to the control of some software on the hard drive. But you are talking about a hard drive that has failed and I don*t see what that has to do with the registries.
Jeff: Well I don*t know if the hard drive has failed or not. I took it out of the machine.
David Lawrence: Ah okay.
Jeff: I have got it connected to another machine I guess my main question is, is there a way that you can tell me that now that I have got it connected to the other machine is there a way to check it?
David Lawrence: Can you see the things on the drive?
Jeff: Yes I am able to access the drive.
David Lawrence: Then it is fine. What I think that may have been saying to you is the driver for the drive maybe damaged. What kind of drive is it?
Jeff: I am not really sure.
David Lawrence: Manufacturer?
Jeff: It was a Dell computer.
David Lawrence: So you took a drive out of a Dell computer?
Jeff: Yes.
David Lawrence: And did what with it?

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
