Rene: Okay what ________20:22 do I use to burn on Video CD then.

David Lawrence: Again Toast works just fine and you don*t need I am sure your Macintosh burns CDs on the internal one right.

Rene: Yes.

David Lawrence: Yeah so you don*t even need the external drive for that. You can burn those right on the internal CD because --.

Rene: For some iMovies.

David Lawrence: Right the Video CD format is burnable. Obviously it burns on to a CD. So here is what I would do I would go I would go check the user manual and see what you need to do to burn a video CD from a Quick Time Movie if no other place than Google and if you want to add you can pop an E-mail the message off to support@HP.com and see if your particular model can do that but I have a feeling you won't even need that. All you need is the Quick Time Movie and an appropriate utility. If it*s not iMovie then there is going to be one out there that will actually burn a Video CD. This is a format that is not the same as an Audio CD it*s not the same as a data CD it is a Video CD format and what it does is create a not hardly high resolution but certainly not low resolution version of the video and audio on to the CD in Video CD format. So it*s worth checking out and it is also far more cross platform compatible and also playable on stand alone DVD players than any of the other formats are.

Rene: Right.

David Lawrence: Alright so again it*s Video CD or VCD check out that format and let me know if you have any further questions alright.

Rene: Thank you.

David Lawrence: Where you are listening Rene?

Rene: Oakland, California
